      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Load into any creative mode world or create a new one.
      2. Place a shield in offhand.
      3. Summon witch.
      4. Swtich to survival mode and sneak.

      Expected results:
      Shield should block potions trown at player.

      Observed results:
      Shield doesn't block potions trown at player.
