The wind effect arond the Breeze renders incorrectly when using RTX. It has a wierd black box around it and is very reflective.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Apply an RTX resource pack
2. Spawn a Breeze
3. Turn on RTX

Expected Result:
The Breeze wind renders the same as without RTX

Observed Result:
The Breeze wind has a black box around it and is reflective
