Please allow in Bedrock UI on iOS to have an option to go back to the original D-Pad. 

I have such a passion for Minecraft, and it truly is my favorite video game. I have lots of health issues (cystic fibrosis, asthma, celiacs) and have always cherished it and it has helped me through some difficult medial issues. I also have Ehlers' Danlos Syndrome. That is why I write this. I play on iPad, have for years, and always used the D-Pad. The original positioning suited my hand size, screen size perfectly, allowing me to rest my joints without to much strain on anything, allowing this to be one of the only activities I'm able to enjoy without very much pain.

Then the adjustment came. I have tried so hard to be able to adjust, wearing thumb braces, adjusting the menu (unable to get original positioning), using controllers, other movement features and all result in unbelievable pain and with some dislocations of my thumb (metacarpophalangeal). I don't know if the developers are aware, but the smallest of movements in the menu can cause major issues for people like me. 

Minecraft says that they're inclusive and think of everybody in their design, I'm just asking for them to include me and the people who have serious joint issues into their decisions. 

What I'm pleading for: 

Please add a fourth option to restore the UI to the original D-Pad on bedrock. It would mean the world to me to be able to once again enjoy the game I love, without injuring myself and being in pain to do so. I added images of the changes that were made, one of the original D-Pad and one of the new D-Pad. The original mechanics would be helpful as well. All I am asking is the original menu to be restored, not replacing the new mechanic, but as an option in addition to the new D-Pad.
