After 1.21.1 Hotfix rolled out today, all custom skinpacks of any kind seem to be completely unopenable in the dressing room, meaning when you press the “+” button to attempt to open them, they do not physically open. This issue is happening on multiple platforms, is only happening with custom skinpacks, not marketplace skinpacks, and may be tied to issues with the character creator.

      To quickly reproduce this:

      1. Download the attached skinpack to this ticket and add it to your game manually by adding it to your skin_packs folder in your MinecraftUWP folder
      2. Launch the game
      3. Once in the main menu, open the dressing room
      4. Press the classic skins button (the green coat hanger)
      5. Once you’ve located the added custom skinpack, press the plus button to attempt to open it

Observed Results: The custom skinpack does not open and allow you to view all of the skins in the skinpack upon pressing the plus button like it’s supposed to

Expected Results: The custom skinpack is supposed to open and allow you to view all of the skins in the skinpack upon pressing the plus button
