After the 1.21 update, I've found that in legacy console edition worlds and marketplace maps on bedrock, nearing certain plants will cause them to break and drop their corresponding items.

      • After experimenting with this issue, I've found that it affects worlds from legacy console editions (i.e. Xbox One Edition, Xbox 360 Edition) that have been converted to bedrock, as well as marketplace maps. Other worlds are not affected.
      • Issue affects the following plants: Sunflower, Lilac, Rose Bush, Peony, Large Fern. Double tallgrass is unaffected, and I don't know if pitcher plants or torchflowers are. Plants that stack/grow (i.e. kelp, cactus, sugar cane) and double-tall seagrass are also unaffected.
      • Affected plants break when entering the chunks they are in. Sunflower, Lilac, Rose Bush, and Peony all drop 2x of the item form of themselves, while large ferns drop 1x wheat seeds.

Below are images of the issue, where I've circled a group of Peony flowers that get destroyed when I get close enough to them, as well as a section of the Star Wars marketplace map where wheat seeds can be seen all over the ground where large ferns once we're.

Edit: Added Star Wars marketplace map screenshot
