Face items disappear off of face with helmet

      When wearing any helmet, face items selected by the wearer on their custom skin disappear until helmet is removed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create custom skin in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on 1.21 (and make sure to select any Face Item in the Style dropdown menu)
      2. Enter a world of your choosing
      3. Find and equip a helmet of any material

      Observed result:
      The face item disappears entirely off of skin in the game until helmet is removed (though the actual skin in the skin selection menu is unaltered).

      Expected result:
      The face item and helmet both appear visible, even if one partially obstructs the other.
