When you have a Heavy Core item in your inventory and then move it, for example, from the hotbar to the inventory, the texture rendering is delayed, and the item is not visible for a short time. This only happens when you move the item quickly into the inventory using Shift. Similarly, if you do this on the console, you move the item with the Triangle button.
