Steps to Reproduce:

 1. Change your gamemode to creative

 2. Enter a trial chamber

 3. Give yourself any type of the bad omen effect    

 4. Change your gamemode to survival                                                                         

Observed Results:

You can receive the trial omen effect only in survival mode after drinking an ominous bottle. In other gamemodes you will just keep the bad omen effect.

Expected Results:

By entering a trial chamber with the bad omen effect it should change to the trial omen effect and the spawners turn ominous. This should not be effected by your gamemode.
