Some banner patterns have rarities that differ from the default, meaning they get special colored names.

However, instead of the actual item names being colored, it's the description. This creates an odd inconsistency with regular patterns using gray, which is meant to be less eye catching than the white name.

This also breaks parity with Java Edition, which properly applies the rarity color to the main text.
