Player speed is insane fast after converting world from one of the first PS4 Edition versions

      When converting a world from one of the first versions of PS4 Edition, the Player gets very fast without any Effects, when converting a world from the last version of PS4 Edition before Bedrock Edition was released on PS4, this does NOT happen.
