When the player equips netherite armor the jump boost given by wind charges is reduced (this does not happen in java edition), this may be due to the knockback resistance of the netherite armor, but I think the knockback resistance to wind charges should only apply if the wind charge is thrown by other player or the breeze.

NOTE:
It seems to work as intended, but I still think that the knockback resistance should only apply if the wind charge is thrown by another player or by the breeze, so using netherite armor won't make the wind charges a bit useless.
