Music disc textures are not centered properly

      Applies to both item frames and the hotbar.
      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Get a music disc
      2. Put it in an item frame or inspect it in the inventory.

      Observed result:
      The textures are offset by 1 pixel

      Expected result:
      The textures are centered properly.
