      Problem Description:
      While playing in Creative mode of Minecraft Bedrock in the Beta version, I've noticed an issue when trying to break blocks below me. When attempting to break a block by tapping on the Mine button, often the block doesn't break immediately. However, if I hold the Mine button, the block breaks. This results in the block becoming intangible, allowing me to pass through it without breaking it.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Start the game in Creative mode in Minecraft Bedrock Beta.
      2. Go to Settings > Touch and set the Control Mode to "D-pad & tap to interact".
      3. Enable the "Delayed Block Breaking" option.
      4. Set the Control Mode to "Joystick & aim crosshair".
      5. Stand on a block you wish to break.
      6. Try to break the block by tapping on the Mine button
      7. Notice that the block doesn't break immediately.
      8. Try holding on the Mine button and observe that the block breaks.

      Expected Behavior:
      When attempting to break a block in Creative mode, it should break immediately upon tapping on it.

      Current Behavior:
      The block doesn't break immediately upon tapping on it in Creative mode. It breaks only when holding on the Mine button.

      Additional Comments:
      This issue impacts gameplay in Creative mode and can cause confusion when trying to break blocks. It's recommended to address this to improve the player experience.

      This issue doesn't occur in 1.20.81.
