Enabling cheats in the create new world screen shows no number value for random tick speed.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the create new world screen
2. Go to the cheats tab
3. Scroll down until you see the random tick speed option and observe how it's value is set to one
4. Enable cheats
5. Scroll down until you see the random tick speed option and observe how it's value is set to nothing

Observed results:

The random tick speed option is not showing any value upon activating cheats.

Expected results:

The random tick speed option should show the default value of one upon activating cheats.
