The sculk sensors doesn't detect block frozen by frost walker boots at all. This is the case in the recent Java snapshot (24w19a/b), however it hasn't made it to Bedrock yet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place some water and a sculk sensor (either normal or calibrated ones, both works).
2. Get a boot and enchant with frost walker.
3. Sneak towards the water and the sculk sensors.

Expected Result
The sculk sensors detect the frozen blocks by frost walker boots.

Observed Result
The sculk sensors doesn't detect the frozen blocks by frost walker boots.
