Ore UI textboxes are automatically deselected after hovering over any other interactable element.

How to reproduce:

1. Find a textbox on any screen
2. Select the textbox
3. Move your mouse over any button or anything you can interact with
4. Observe the textbox deselected

Observed results:

The textbox becomes deselected.

Expected results:

The textbox should remain in focus and should not be deselected unless clicked off of.

Note in the video that I'm not clicking outside of the textbox.
