First of all: The problems are only of an optical nature, but it's still pretty damn stupid.

I have taken screenshots of my problem and as you can see from these, some items have a strong offset to the hand (this one itself also has a slight offset to the controller).

Strangely enough, not all items have this offset, items like the bone or the gold sword.

I have also passed on my settings in the pictures. And I play on a Pico 4, with the streaming assistant (version：10.0.25 Beta) via Steam VR (in case the error is not in the software but in me).
