I have already made a ticket on the Microsoft community forums and i was told to reach out to you here. If you wish to view the original post over there here is the link to it: Mass Minecraft Education Edition World Hosting/Joining Error - Microsoft Community
For Your ease I will copy what I have said in the forum above:
"My school Friend and I were trying to join my Minecraft Education Edition world and when I started and hosted world it had no errors that I could see. When my friend entered the code there were no visible errors until we realized that the loading screen was stuck in an infinite loop on "connecting to multi player world" with the loading bars fluctuating indefinitely.
Just so you know we were on the same network at first and when that didn't work, we tried all different networks including using a VPN and retrying all the different combinations again. None of these steps worked.
Not knowing what to do to fix the issue we went to one of our school's tech people who told us that she had heard similar stories from other schools all throughout our state. no one that I have been able to speak to has any idea what might even be causing this issue Litle own how to fix it.
Seeing as this is a large issue affecting many different schools in my state (I am unaware if it is affecting any other states in Australia) I hope that this message might at least help the people in charge of this area from Microsoft get in contact with Education Queensland of my school to fix this issue.
Any other suggestions that I can try in the meantime would be a great help."
I am currently unable to get any screenshots of the issue but if you have any questions as to what the issue is looking like feel free to ask me for more descriptions.
I hope that the Minecraft team can work in tandem with my school's tech support people as I am just a student with little access to the school network settings and other tech items. I understand that this might be frustrating for you that I cannot act Apon much of the suggestion, I just hope that this post can get a line of communication going between your team and my school.
