Paintings randomly breaking after teleporting

      Paintings randomly disappear after teleporting to their vicinity into unloaded chunks.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. place paintings and record coordinates
      2. leave the area so the paintings are unloaded
      3. Teleport back to the area with the paintings (I used a command block, but i don't think it makes much difference)

      Observed Results:
      if you're lucky, upon teleporting the paintings break before the game has rendered any blocks you can hear the sound. Where the paintings break is unclear, sometimes painting closer to the player don't break, while ones two chunks over do!

      Expected Results:
      the paintings should stay placed.

      Notes: 

      This has only happened in multilayer, but it might just be that the multilayer caused more lag which led to the paintings breaking because the game hadn't loaded the blocks, and so they thought there wasn't any blocks behind them.
