Any Minecraft classic or custom skin not loading when joining a server.

      Any minecraft classic skin or custom skin not working when joining a server. Skin automatically switches to steve or alex. It has been like this for a week or 2 now. Skin slots also wont load. I talked to minecraft support and they confirmed its a glitch.
