      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enchant a mace with any level of wind burst;
      2. Hit a mob after falling for at least 2 blocks.

      Observed Results:
      You get a ridiculously powerful boost upwards, surpassing 20 blocks at level III.

      Expected Results:
      You get a smaller boost.
