Note: Phone can't update to iOS 17

Me and my friend were making map art on the floor of a flat world (On top of the grass) and when i went to fill the floor beneath it said "Cannot place blocks outside the world" when i wasn't at the bedrock layer.

Command was like this /fill [grass layer coords][grass layer coords] black_concrete
