Wolves attacking don't deal damage a lot of the time when they lunge, I had to intervene because my wolf in wolf armor couldn't handle a single mob.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon wolf

2. Hit wolf in survival

Expected result: wolf hits every lunge or once damage immunity is up

Observed result: Wolves often do damage every few seconds, or not at all
