While in Creative Mode, blocks will not instantly break when sinking in water. This bug seems to consistently occur when holding down the mine trigger, as breaking each block individually will usually mine instantly as intended. Not sure if this affects Windows or Console.

Steps to replicate:

• Open any creative world on an Android device.
• Find a river, ocean, or create your own artificial water pit.
• Let the player sink in the water without crouching (make sure flying is disabled).
• Attempt to destroy nearby blocks by holding.
  Observed Result: The blocks will not break instantly, instead taking about a second.
  Expected Result: The block should be destroyed instantly.
