      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get wind charges
      2. Launch a wind charge at the ground off a high point and get launched into the air.
      3. Land onto the ground below where you launched the wind charge, so that you'll take fall damage.
      4. Do one of the following:
        1. Continue moving and change your elevation by either falling down another block or jumping onto another block. You will take fall damage again.
        2. Continue moving and jump after landing. You will take fall damage for each jump that you perform.

      Observed Results:

Wind charge fall damage is not only applied upon hitting the ground, if landing below the Y-level the wind charge was collided with, but several times, after changing elevation, and most consistently when jumping. At some point, the fall damage stops being applied, for an unknown reason.

      Expected Results:

Wind charge fall damage is only applied once upon hitting the ground. Subsequent changes in elevation or jumping should not continue to apply fall damage if the player isn't falling significant distance any more.
