While the last bug fix did correct the orientation of the trial vaults, the non-ominous vaults still do not seem to have accessible loot tables, at least on PlayStation. No items can be seen within the vaults and no loot is dispensed by the vaults when a vault key is used on them. The ominous vaults are working just fine, it's just the regular vaults that seem to be a bugged as of this preview update.
