      Honeycomb block do not have an assigned tool, it have same time breaking as using hand

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Mining honeycomb block using any tool

      Observed Results:

      Honeycomb block do not have an assigned tool

      Expected Results:

      Honeycomb block would have an assigned tool (efficiency enchantment break faster than no efficiency)
