      Spawn Eggs that have been renamed using an anvil should produce mobs with names. Since 0.16.* they no longer do.

      Steps To Reproduce:

      1. Rename a spawn egg using an anvil
      2. Spawn the mob
      3. Notice the mob has no name above it's head
