Player can glitch inside blocks when underwater.

How to reproduce

Go underwater, ocean recommended.
Then interact with the blocks underwater, the swimming animation allows players to glitch inside the blocks as shown in the video.

Observations: When interacting with blocks underwater you can glitch inside of the blocks.
Expectations: There's supposed to be a barrier between the block and the player.
