      In the bedrock edition, the maximum population control of monsters is 8 monsters on the surface and 16 monsters in the cave in the 9*9 chunks, which will result in the number of mobs at simulated distances bigger than 4 is significantly less than the 70 monsters in the Java edition, which I think is very unreasonable.

      When the simulated distance is greater than 4, mobs should have different density mechanisms to control generation.
