When villager trades are out of stock, they will not restock after closing the trading UI.

Steps to reproduce this error:
1. Trade with a villager until it levels up
2. Close the trading UI
3. Wait for the pink particles
4. Open the UI
5. No restocked items
Observed results:
No items being restocked

Restocked trades
