      Even if you tap the menu button after version 1.20.70, it may not open. Occasionally the menu may open.Apparently, it doesn't open unless you tap it just right. In previous versions, the menu was open without just tapping. I don't know if this symptom is a bug, but it's honestly inconvenient.
