Summary:
Entity shadows can be seen whilst inside of powder snow. - You may notice this when moving away from the entity, this may be a more impactful issue after the MCPE-121402 fix and breaks parity with Java (after the MC-219212 fix, you can't see a shadow in the snow).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fill a small area with powder snow.
2. Summon any entity.
3. Look at the shadow of the entity.

Observed results:
You can see the shadow of entities in the snow.

Expected results:
You cannot see the shadow of entities in the snow.
