Summary

Just like MC-269513 (Was Fixed in 24w12a Snapshot, That breaks parity)

Despite not being sharp like a sword, maces will cause cobwebs & bamboos to break faster.

The cobwebs can also be dropped into strings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Take a mace to your creative inventory
2. Place cobwebs or bamboo in front of the player
3. Switch gamemode to survival
4. Mine the cobweb/bamboo while holding the mace

Observed Result

The cobweb and bamboo broke way faster, same as a sword.

Expected Behavior

When trying to mine a cobweb & bamboo with a mace, It will mine very slowly like a hand correctly.
