      A bug that allows you to trigger/touch things through the hotbar, for example you can build through the hotbar.

      This seems to be happening with newer iOS devices that have the home bar at the bottom of the screen. The reason for this is because of the screen safe area in video settings, which is used to adjust the screen to move the hotbar away from the home bar on newer iOS devices. When 1.20.71 came out, the hitbox for the hotbar shifted back down to the bottom of the screen (when customize controls are on) while the visible hotbar stayed above the home bar.

      When you have customize controls on the hitbox is offset, but when you have the customize controls off the hitbox is correct.
