On the 12 Mar 24, Minecraft bedrock was working absolutely fine without issue.

Starting the 13 Mar 24 there have been constant stutters every few seconds which results in the FPS dropping to 60 to 58 to 57 back up to 60 every few seconds then dropping again is making Bedrock borderline unusable. My usual settings of 31 render distance, 4x anti-aliasing and all additional graphics settings on (like beautiful skies, render clouds, fancy graphics etc) stutter, and when I turned every graphics setting off, set anti-aliasing to 1x and render distance to 5 the issue still persisted. I've tried reinstalling Minecraft entirely, reinstalling graphics drivers, checking windows is up to date and nothing has improved this at all. I've tried this on 3 PC's and laptops and all wield the same results.

I've tested it on the following systems:

Xeon E3-1270v5, Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB, 16GB RAM- 31 Render distance, 4x Anti-Aliasing, all additional graphics settings enabled

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, Nvidia GTX 1030 3GB, 16GB RAM- 31 Render distance, 4x Anti-Aliasing, all additional graphics settings enabled

Intel Core i5-8265U, Intel UHD 620, 8GB RAM- 10 Render distance, 1x Anti-aliasing, all additional graphics settings disabled except for fancy graphics and smooth lighting

All of them had the same issue of fluctuating performance, on 3 separate worlds and they were all running at a solid 60 fps on the 12 Mar 24.
