"The block named red_sand used in a "blocks.json" file does not exist in the registry" error when opening a world with certain resource packs enabled

      Summary:
      When opening a world with the Star Wars, Steven Universe, Ice Age, Nightmare Before Christmas, or Toy Story resource pack enabled, the following content log error appears:

      [texture][warning]-The block named red_sand used in a "blocks.json" file does not exist in the registry

      This issue also occurred in 1.20.70.65 Preview, but it does not occur in 1.20.62.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable "Content Log GUI" in Settings > Creator
      2. Open a world with any of the resource packs listed above enabled

      Observed Results:
      A content log error appears.

      Expected Results:
      No content log error should appear.
