You can't punch a wind charge to redirect it anymore

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable the Update 1.21 Experiment;
      2. Summon a Breeze;
      3. Engage in a fight with it and attempt to hit its wind charges.

      Observed Results:
      You can't punch it.

      Expected Results:
      You can redirect it by punching.

      Notes: This also applies to wind charges thrown by players and dispensers.
