This is currently happening with Minecraft Bedrock Edition and I have not found this error. What can I do? I also have a video of what I mean?
When you enter a Nether portal from the overworld, you spawn in the empty spot or somewhere else in the Nether.

Here's how it happens:

1. place a portal in the overworld
2. cross the portal
3. go back to the overworld

This error does not always occur. I don't know when it occurs and when it doesn't, but I have a video.
