1st Layer of skins and animals not loading

      My skins no longer load properly in minecraft. It seems only the outer layer of outfits load, and it causes things like my hair, legs and other details to disappear. Additionally, mobs and animals do not load properly either. The image provided below is of a pig. Only the torso loads and nothing else. 

      Reinstalling didn't help.
