      1. Take bogged spawn egg and place down to ground area
      2. Use commands to the following 
        /replaceitem entity @e[type=bogged] slot.armor.head 0 carved_pumpkin
        /replaceitem entity @e[type=bogged] slot.armor.head 0 skull

      Observed Results

      The bogged does not following their head over the skulls and carved pumpkin

      Expected Behavior

      The bogged can be follows their head while wearing skulls and carved pumpkin like strays
