      New chat messages are not displayed in the chat window until you exit it

      Expected result:
      You should be able to see new chat messages like in every old version

      Observed result:
      Newly sent chat messages are not displayed until chat is exited

      This issue seems to have only started happening in 1.20.70.24 Preview
