When inside a world, you can no longer view the Global Resources tab.
This hinders the ability to view which global packs you have enabled.

Global Resources tab is no longer visible in a world
Expected result:
Global Resources tab should be visible in a world like in every previous version
This has been an issue since 1.20.70.20 and newer. Does not affect 1.20.60 and earlier.
