These messages no longer appear on the loading screen, it is unknown if this is intended or not.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create or enter a world.
2. Look.

Observed Results:
Not any message about the world being created appear.

Expected Results:
It probably should.

I think this is happening because the team is still changing how the loading screen tips work given alot of recent changes, that's why i am not sure if this is a bug, i believe these messages will change a bit too.

Note: Another issue related to the loading screen and this report (MCPE-117822) seems fixed on this version even though the changelog does not mention it.
