First person shadow is not affected by the shadow quality setting

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Import any resource pack with PBR capabilities;
      2. Enable the experimental toggle for Render Dragon features;
      3. Switch rendering mode to "Deferred Technical Preview";
      4. Set Shadow Quality to Medium, High or Ultra;
      5. Observe your shadow, switch perspectives and compare.

      Observed Results:
      The first person shadow always has jagged edges regardless of the setting.

      Expected Results:
      The first person shadow quality scales with the setting and matches the environment.
