Banners can be seen through beacon blocks when they shouldn't.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place a beacon block.

      2. Place the banner behind the beacon block a few blocks away.

       

      Observed Results:

      • The banner can be seen through the beacon block.

      Expected Results:

      • The banner shouldn't be seen through the beacon block.
