Summary
Same issue just like MC-266078
This could be intentional because this inconsistency can also be seen when "stonecutting" Cut Copper. This may also be because the stonecutter's purpose is to dim down on how many resources are used when making something for a smaller output, i.e. slabs and stairs.
Addons/Resource Packs: No
Attachments: Yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Obtain Copper Grate using the Stonecutter
Observed Results
You get 4 Grates from Stonecutting (1 Copper blocks -> 4 Copper grates)
Expected Behavior
You should get only 1 Copper Grate from Stonecutting a 1 Copper Block
Note
This is a Bedrock bug ticket, for Java ticket (which is already planned to be fixed in 24w03a, but no fix version on Bedrock for this)
