Like Pillagers (see: MCPE-42631), Zombie Villager Height is inconsistent with regular villagers and other Illagers.
This is due to the file client entity file missing the scale factor that is used in the villager, wandering trader, vindicator, and evoker files:
"scale": "0.9375",
is missing from the "scripts" component in \entity\zombie_villager_v2.entity.json
