Evokers tries to navigate on doors without sucess

      Evokers are meant to be able to open doors, since they have the navigation component "can_open_doors" and it is set to true.

      However they are missing this thing: 

      minecraft:annotation.open_door

      which compels the entity to open doors. Due to this he tries to navigate on doors but is not able to open them.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create or find a closed space with a door as an exit.
      2. Enter and close the door.
      3. Put an evoker here.

      Observed Results:
      He will try to exit without sucess.

      Expected Results:
      He exits by opening the door.

      Look at him trying to do what he sees players and villagers doing:
