Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a breeze by using the command and command block provided below.

   Summoning = /summon minecraft:breeze
   
   Command Block = /tp @e[type=Breeze] ~ ~5 ~
   (Use repeat type to force teleport to see in bottom)

1. Go below the breeze and look at the bottom face texture of the breeze's rods.
2. Observe the color of the bottom of the rods.

Observed Behavior

The bottom face textures of breezes' rods don't match with surrounding colors.

This is a Bedrock bug ticket, for Java ticket (which is already planned to be fixed in Future snapshot, but no fix version on Bedrock for this)
